The Pelicans organization has paved the way to the BIG LEAGUES for such players as MJeff Francoeur (Atlanta Braves Outfielder), Brian McCann (Atlanta Braves Catcher), and Adam LaRoche (Pittsburg Pirates First Baseman) . On occasion you could be fortunate enough to see MLB players such as Mike Hampton and Tom Glavine (both pitchers for the Atlanta Braves in 2008) pitch rehab games with the Pelicans!
